problems logging in?

Some customers have commented that they are experiencing logging in problems. Sometimes its a small matter of closing your internet explorer down, starting up again and retrying. This usually solves the problem. Other times customers have changed their email addresses and not notified us of the change. Try logging in with your old email address, go to your account and change your email address on the site.
